The scale and organisation of an international dive show can be a daunting task and can also be a total money pit and many small operations commit to a marketing budget before completly understanding all of the elements and costs / logistics involved in setting up and running a show for maximum benefits...

oztecMany shows can cost from $10,000 USD for a small stand (2mx2m or 10ftx10ft) with minimal marketing effort and only very basic promotions... More realistically a reasonable budget would be in the region of $20k to $25,000 for a 3-4 day event...  We have had shows with budgets of $50k+ USD ending up costing over $80k+ USD... A big chunk of cash out of operating expenses!  This could break a smaller business.
