International Standards for CPR
We constantly review and update our CPR Standards in line with the ERC European Resuscitation Council, guidelines and the AHA American Heart Association...
At present CPR Certifications are to be review every two years... But we highly recommend an annual review and practice of skills.

SCA Sudden Cardiac Arrest
SCA is unfortunately all too common a problem in the modern world and anyone at any time can have a SCA... It can even occur in healthy young people.
Once the Heart has stopped beating it is ONLY a matter of minutes before death will occur.
With CPR Training you have a possibility to recover an SCA Injury... But time is of the essence, a quick response is the best way to attempt a rescue...
AED Training
CPR and AED Training
The sad facts are that CPR Alone is effective less then 15% of the time. But with early CPR and the use of an AED Device the recovery rate is increased to 80%+.... I am not sure which odds you would prefer but I know I have access at all times to an AED Device...
