Are a unique business in the diving industry as the ONLY training and certification agency to offer training, certification and services to the whole diving industry - Sports and recreational diving, Technical and Commercial Diving, Occupational & Scientific Diving and Medical First Aid, Dive Medic and Hyperbaric Training...

We began back in 1998 as a concept that recreational diving should be safer and the certification process should be based on the divers actual skills and abilities and that the certification standards should reflect this...

The ITDA Group is founded on the simple premise that good safe competent divers MUST have a higher level of knowledge, training and experience to make sports diving safer and reduce accidents.

We offer International agreements to market and sell ITDA Group materials, training and memberships in Sports, Technical, Occupational and Medical, Training and Certifications in Diving...

Agreement are available by: Country - Territory - Region or Continental for:

• Trial Period of one Year (A fixed minimum payment is agreed plus a profit share)
• 3 years (This is our minimum fixed agreement period because 3 years will be optimal to see a return on Investment...)
• 5 Years (This is the normal period and the most popular time frame)
• 7 Years (This represents a serious long term investment and is offered at a discount)
• 10 Years (This is the maximum time frame and will offer the most benefits, longer term)

 Unique Benefits

Providing there are no major problems with standards issues or payments as agreed, then we will offer a renewal automatically in the last year...

We will also offer web marketing and support.

We can also include language and translation right but retain the original IP Rights under International law.

Our License agreement is NOT a franchise, we allow you to operate your business as you wish and merely offer to support, assist and direct you with sales, marketing and management support.

Typically in most case we set our license fee in agreement as to the market value over the period of the agreement taking into account potential growth.

We also offer a unique share of web sales to our membership in your license agreement area of up to 75% based on our agreement and we expect a share of the sales profits from your ITDA Operations from as little as 15% per month... That means you keep 85%... This is much then franchise terms...

 Worldwide Developing Markets

Many of the recently depressed world markets are now beginning to recover so now is a great time to get on board with developing a relationship with ITDA Group International... 

We are also interested in developing franchise operations for the USA Market as this is a mature market and is more likely to respond to a franchise than our traditional license agreement, although we believe our license agreement is more flexible and beneficial to our partners... Happy to hear / discuss with possible US partners...
