IAP - Instructor Authored Programs...
Our Trainers, Course Directors and Instructors can create their very own ITDA-IAP, Instructor Authored Programs. This means that if you have a great idea for a diving or diving related training and certification program... Just write an outline and we will have our educational and training writers draft a proposal course program and together we can create new training and certification programs to International standards...
We are also very happy to receive input, feedback and any comments or ideas from divers or students on how we can improve our existing programs and or develop new ones... admin@itdahost.com

About Specialist Instructor
The level of advanced instructor is primarily
about teaching a basic and
introductory level of multiple types of diving,
whereas the "Specialist
Instructor", trains divers interested in a specific diving subject area to a level
whereby they become "Specialist Divers"...
A prime example is our "Research
and Scientific", diver specialist program.

The objective of "Specialist" Diver is learn the subject area to a high academic level and to develop the specific safe diving skills to gain actual experience diving in the specialist subject.
We currently offer the following Specialist Instructor Subjects / disciplines:
Research & Scientific Diving - Ntech Nitrox from basic to Advanced - Entry Level Trimix
Wreck Specialist (Overhead Environment & Side Mount)
Gas Blender - IHMP Dive Medic Instructor

Become a Specialist Instructor
Who can qualify to become an ITDA Specialist Instructor?
Any certified Instructor from any agency may become an ITDA Group
Specialist Instructor providing they meet our standards.

There are three ways to become an ITDA Specialist Instructor:
Firstly you can complete a Specialist Training Program to train and
certify in the specialist area providing
you have a degree of knowledge and experience in the subject area...

Secondly you can make an application directly based on your certifications / qualifications, knowledge and Experience to become an ITDA Group "Specialist Instructor". This process requires a crossover to ITDA Group...
You can also complete the training at ITDA diver levels, as a Diver and when you become an ITDA Group Instructor you can take a short assessment to be certified in your Specialist Diving subject area(s).
