 About Instructor Development

    The ITDA Group Instructor Development Course Programs are totally unique to ITDA as we will allow under an agreement, ITDA and non ITDA Instructors to attend and certify as ITDA Specialist Instructors in many disciplines which many other agencies have no programs for.

  To qualify you must make an application based on your current training, experience and certification level with your agency or certifying body... You MUST be in good standing and in current teaching status.

In some Countries Insurance is required by law...

  ITDA "IDC" Instructor Development Course Programs are conducted by Specialist ITDA Group Trainers,  Course Directors and Regional/HQ Staff...

      Normally they are short courses from just, 4-5 days, or over two or three weekends or on-line theory/self study and just 1 long weekend (3 days) practical assessment. which can incude intensive 12 to 14 hour training days... Standards require: Minimum contact time of 30 hours or 4 days x 8 hours = 32 hours is normal.

   The I.D.C. Training is focused mainly on the safe application of the practical training and a complete understanding of the theory and applied ITDA Group standards for certification... Plus an overview of how to certify students with our unqiue easy admin systems.
