The ITDA Group Course Director Training Program is now combined with our level 1 assessor program as from 2011... This means that the ITDA Group Instructor Training Programs may be carried out with just 1 Course Director who may also act as an examiner...  New standards also mean that  CD Designate level has been created for Crossover level experienced Staff Instructors and Trainers to assist with Instructor Training and our New Instructor Development Programs...

Unlike other agencies we limit the number of CD that are allowed to operate in a territory, thereby increasing their value.... And not permitting excessive competition on price cutting for our Instructor Training Programs...

This development creates a new income / revenue stream for our CD Levels... And we have made the Crossover system easier and more simple...  ITDA Group International has re-introduced our ADMIN Crossover level for experienced instructors, and other Crossover and upgrade to ITDA levels requiring only a short assessment and evaluation of skills and a Standards update...
