How Our System Works?

Divers from any agency may Crossover to ITDA at any level appropriate to their Training, Certification and or Diving Experience, which must be verified and in most cases an Assessment and Evaluation. plus theory quiz and dive will be required. This will always be required in the event of expired certification or to take our unique upgrade programs.

ITDA Group Instructors, Trainers and Course Directors at any level may teach and certify for ANY other Agency, as well as ITDA. As we do not restrict your choice of training agency because we believe you should have a choice.

Instructor Crossovers - Instructors from any agency may Crossover to have their certification(s) accepted and recognised at an equal ITDA Level, in order to train and certify ITDA levels... Equal to those that they are certified to complete safe training for... Or an upgrade to a higher level may be included.

We sincerely hope and trust that after working with ITDA Group, we believe you will find, that you may ONLY want to teach our programs, because we offer you more benefits.

Our crossover system works like this... We have three ways you can work with us as Professional/Instructor Crossover:

Administrative Crossover: This is whereby you may teach any or all ITDA Group Training Programs (Technical, Sports & Medical) to the level at which you are currently certified, with your *current agency. Providing you are in current status and in *good standing... A Standards Update with an ITDA Group Trainer and interview / Diving Skills and knowledge assessment may also be required... Use our NEW unique on line service here!

Crossover and Upgrade: You may crossover at your current level and upgrade to a higher level. Course programs are with an ITDA Group Trainer/Course Director or HQ Staff from 3 days to 10 days...

Crossover and Become an ITDA Group Club Instructor or Club Owner from Dive Master or above. 2 Week (14 day Program is required), or attend an ITP and then an ITDA Club Instructor 3 Day workshop. Please mail us for more details: admin@itdahost.com
Diver Crossovers may complete an administrative crossover for the same level or attend a short assessment and evaluation to see if your experience can upgrade you. for more details and an application form please mail us: admin@itdahost.com

NEW from October 2010: Instructors from other agencies may apply for registration to teach, train and certify some ITDA Group training programs that they have qualifications and experience in... On Line registration Here!

In most cases there is only a small administration to pay of just $49.99 USD.... You do not need to join ITDA or pay annual fees, but you will be limited to ONLY certifying the specialist or levels approved to certify by ITDA Group International HQ... Crossover Levels & Upgrades

Most agencies offer some levels or degrees of equal level training and certification and we are no exception, but our direct equal levels with other agencies can be quite difficult as we have higher standards. see here for the ITDA Crossover Level Chart - Crossover Chart Click Here and for Technical Diving levels are mostly equal with the exception of some PADI DSAT Standards as our levels are higher...
