 Administration Processing

Registration and New Pre-Registration Process

   From now you will be able to pre-register your diver trainees on our systems from the time they buy their materials from you. This pre-registration process will ensure that there are no delays in certifying your students when they have passed the training and certification process and you have authorized their certification level. This will apply only to on-line student processing. Registration of students is required for the processing of certifications from ITDA Group International, ITDA Europe, ITDA Asia Pacific and ITDA USA IHMT Medical and ITDA Sports Diving  Agency / Other ITDA Group Service Operations and Companies.

Certification Processing

  In order for a Certification Request to be processed we must have a student registration form completed with a supporting email from the certifying instructor, and a copy of the ITDA Group Materials SERINDX Code from the materials package. Professionals Registration and New Certification Process 2011

The admin process for professional certifications requires a similar process to the student diver process with a Pre-Registration Form required to attend an ITP Instructor Training Program and to obtain ITDA Group Professional Materials, take the pre ITP Exam and buy the ITP candidate Presentations, Instructor Candidates need to now be pre-approved (by ITDA Group HQ Staff or a Regional Director) before attending an ITP Instructor Course. At the completion of the ITP the Instructor candidates will be graduated by a minimum staff of  one (1) trainer, one (1) Course Director and one (1) Assessor Examiner (appointed by ITDA Group HQ Staff or a Regional Director) Minimum number of Instructor candidates is 6 and the maximum is 16 (this will depend on facilities available and number of staff / Trainer). Dive Centers may also register to become members of ITDA Group International.

Training & Assessment Materials Ordering Process

Training Materials maybe ordered / purchased directly from our web by students or by instructors (Instructors may purchase materials from a secure area requiring a password and offering them up to 40% discounts), Instructors will also receive a commission on students purchases, paid directly to the instructor on the certification of the student with the production of the Serial Index and Purchase reference of the materials. This offers the Instructor / Dive Centre a very big advantage as it means that they do not need to hold stocks of materials, taking up valuable cash-flow. Order processing varies from 2hrs to 24 hrs. depending on payment process. See Secure Payments below.  Only Trainers and Course Directors can buy our Instructor Assessment packs.

Making Secure Payments to ITDA Group & 100% Refunds Policy

Protecting your payment(s) to us  is easy as we do not use cash transactions or western union money orders... Postal and Courier Services and Payments

All postal and courier services are charged ONLY at cost and are agreed in advance of any fees being charged or added to your account.  ITDA Group International Inc. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for goods in transit or late arrival, or any damage to goods due to transport problems. We pack delicate items / goods in secure packing for the purpose of harsh air cargo or ground transport treatment but cannot guarantee safe or timely arrival due to circumstances beyond our control.

All offer the same policy regarding personal information: We will NOT under any circumstances release or use your personal information outside of ITDA Group Business, we do NOT sell or transfer data or information about our membership to third parties. We do not spam or use unsolicited mail providers. The ITDA UK Companies will adhere to the UK Data Protection Act and are responsible by law to protect your data. The Group International Company being registered in Hong Kong has no such legal obligation but willingly adheres to the same policy.  We respect and admire the professionalism and privacy of our members and ask our instructors to agree under their instructor annual agreement to treat customers data with care and take reasonable measures to protect confidential information including Email addresses and to respect and obey copyright restrictions.  See Our Privacy Page...
